How to Use Ads

Rule of top up task rewards

1. Top up your Ads Credit with the minimum amount specified on the Ads Top-up page or Ads Rewards Center page.

2. Sellers who achieve the target will receive 1:1 Free Credits or Discount as a reward.

3. 1:1 Free Credits will be credited to your Ad Wallet after Shopee processes the reward. Whereas discounts will be applied immediately where the discounted amount will be credited as Free Credits. No other discounts or vouchers can be applied upon top up.

4. 1:1 Free Credits are valid for 30 days from the time they are disbursed to your Ads Wallet.

5. You can view the expiration date of your 1:1 Free Credits in the Shopee Ads Wallet.

What is 1:1 Free Credit

1. 1:1 Free Credit is one type of ads credit spending in a locked 1:1 ratio with paid credit and both are in real-time deduction. 

2. Shopee has 3 types of Ads Credit: General Free Credits, 1:1 Free Credits and Paid Credits. Shopee system will deduct ads credit in the following sequence: 

1. Ads Credit near Expiry Date
2. Ads Credit with Early Start Date
3. Ads Credit Type Comparison
4. [1st] General Ads Credit
5. [2nd] 1:1 Free Ads Credit
6. [3rd] Paid Ads Credit

If a 1:1 Free Credit is paused due to insufficient Paid Balance, all subsequent credits (including General Free credit) are locked until cash is topped up.
