Get more out of your Shopee Ads with the newly launched Ads Recommendations – a module that takes the guesswork out of managing your ads and improving performance.
Ads Recommendations provide personalised suggestions to simplify your ads management and highlight useful actions that will improve your overall ads performance. Recommendations can help you identify optimisation opportunities, introduce you to new and relevant features, or even display exclusive incentives that you qualify for.
Shopee analyses your ads’ performance history, settings, and relevant buyer data to automatically generate recommendations that could improve your overall ads performance.
These personalised recommendations are regularly refreshed, to ensure that you receive the most relevant ones at the right time. New recommendation types will also be added over time.
We know that your time is precious, so we have made it as easy as possible to implement suggested changes (e.g. daily budget adjustments) with one click.
We are able to identify opportunities to increase sales based on real-time data. Leave the complex analysis to us, and focus on making decisions instead.
We give you advanced warnings when your ads operations may be impacted, such as low balance or expiring ads credits, so that you have enough time to react.
The Recommendations module will appear at the top of the Shopee Ads homepage in Seller Centre, as long as you have at least one active recommendation.
On the Shopee App, you will see the Recommendations bar at the top of the Shopee Ads page.
You can also find recommendations that are specific to a particular ad on the relevant Ad Details pages, situated to the right of the Ads Statistics chart.

As we only want to recommend actions that are most relevant and helpful at that point in time, recommendations that have expired or are no longer relevant will not be displayed.
Recommendations are refreshed based on the latest available data. As such, the same recommendation can be relevant at different points of time. For example:
You might not see any recommendations if you recently started running ads, or if you have already completed all your active recommended actions. Recommendations will only appear when they are useful.
Shopee will regularly analyse your shop's data to check for relevant recommendations and also launch new recommendation types, so be sure to check the Shopee Ads page often.
